Sewer District Resolution Law Consent
BE IT RESOLVED: The Board hereby consents to 2009 Minnesota Laws Chapter 44, and the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to sign a "Certificate of Approval of Special Law by Governing Body" on behalf of the Board.
