Property Taxes
Brandon township will hire a property tax assessor who works with Douglas County to insure responsible and equitable assessment of properties. All billing is done by the county auditor/treasurer office of the county. Property owners have access to appeal by filing an appeal with the county and attending the annual board of appeal meeting held by the township board, the local and county tax assessor.
